Algernon Antoine was used as a Pilgrim during our 2023 Level Up Youth Camp.

Algernon Antoine who was affectionately called “Bro. Mose” was born on February 05^th, 1942.                

He pastored several Holiness churches which included Birch Grove, Mt. Moritz and Happy Hill up until the time of his passing on November 11^th, 2018 at seventy-six years old.  One of his favorite bible verses was “Children obey your parents in the Lord for this is right” (Ephesians 6: 1).  Two of his favorite quotes were “stop majoring in minor things” and “stop existing and live!”

Pastor Algernon Antoine served as Superintendent of the Bible Holiness Churches of Grenada for the period 1976 to 1979.  He was married to Pastor Ursula Antoine, MBE who pastored the St. George’s Bible Holiness Church up until her passing on February 09^th, 2022.  Together they bore 16 children.  Eight (8) handsome boys and eight (8) beautiful girls.

He had a humble and polite demeanor and was full of wisdom.

Pastor Antoine was an ardent cricketer, extremely comical, easy-going, talkative and had a passion for food! He loved to eat.

FUN FACT: He was the dad of Campers: Shenelle and Roland Antoine and grand-father of Kymani Roberts, Adam Purcell and Crystal James.
